Customer Manager Hoteling Space and Asset Support
Location: Washington DC

PRI is seeking a Customer Manager to provide support at a federal customer site in Washington DC supporting hoteling space and floorplan management and asset management activities.
Position Summary
The Customer Manager provides customerfacing operational support for space and hoteling programs including data management reconciliations reporting and coordination with facilities and operations staff. This role also provides limited asset management support as directed.
Key Responsibilities
Space and Floorplan Management
- Enter and maintain space assignment and floorplan data
- Reconcile space data against employee and facilities records
- Conduct scheduled and ad hoc reviews of space assignments
- Support employee onboarding and offboarding related to space changes
- Respond to data queries and provide reporting support
Hoteling Program Support
- Maintain hoteling station assignments and inventory data
- Reconcile hoteling records and conduct periodic reviews
- Coordinate with facilities staff on hoteling designations
- Assist employees with hotelingrelated questions and updates
Asset Management Support
- Provide asset management support as directed including data updates and coordination with asset staff
Requirements
Experience supporting space management hoteling or facilities programs
Familiarity with ServiceNow SharePoint Excel or similar systems
Strong organizational and data management skills
Customer service experience in a professional environment
Ability to manage multiple workstreams with attention to detail
