| Responsibilities: | - Digital Asset Organization: Support the organization and classification of digital assets.
- Metadata Management: Apply consistent metadata tags and keyword to digital assets to enhance discoverability searchability and retrieval efficiency.
- Asset Retrieval: Collaborate and assist with members of the team to identify and find assets for projects.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular quality checks to ensure accuracy completeness and integrity of digital assets and associated metadata.
- Participate in Quinnipiac Productions Training (week before each semester)
- Other duties as assigned

| Qualifications: |
- Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and excellent organizational skills to maintain a well-structured digital asset library.
- Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities handle tight deadlines and thrive in a fast-paced dynamic work environment.
- Team Player: Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented setting actively participating in a cross-functional projects and sharing knowledge with colleagues.
- Experience: While not mandatory basic knowledge of video editing software is a plus.
- Must have valid Drivers License
- Must be able to carry 50 lbs
