Jonesbororealtycompany is a leading real estate company that specializes in providing exceptional services to our clients. We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Specialist to join our growing team on a full-time permanent basis.

As an IT Specialist you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing our companys technological infrastructure. Your primary goal will be to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of all computer systems networks and software applications.

Key Responsibilities:

- Install configure and maintain computer systems networks and software applications

- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and provide timely resolutions

- Perform regular maintenance and updates to ensure optimal performance of all systems

- Monitor network security and implement necessary measures to protect against cyber threats

- Provide technical support and training to employees on various software and hardware applications

- Collaborate with other departments to identify and implement technology solutions to improve business processes

- Maintain inventory of all hardware and software and ensure proper licensing and documentation

- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology to recommend improvements and upgrades to existing systems

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role

- Strong knowledge of computer systems networks and software applications

- Experience with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues

- Familiarity with network security and data protection measures

- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Certifications such as CompTIA A Network or Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA) are a plus
