IT SPECIALIST

Jonesbororealtycompany is seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Specialist to join our growing team. The IT Specialist will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our systems and providing technical support to our employees.

Key Responsibilities:

- Install configure and maintain hardware and software systems including servers workstations and networking equipment

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues reported by employees in a timely manner

- Manage user accounts and permissions for all company systems

- Monitor system performance and make recommendations for improvements

- Develop and implement backup and disaster recovery plans

- Keep up-to-date with the latest technology trends and make recommendations for upgrades and improvements

- Collaborate with other members of the IT team to implement new systems and processes

- Train employees on how to use new technology and systems

- Maintain inventory of all IT equipment and software licenses

- Ensure compliance with company security policies and procedures

- Assist with IT budget planning and procurement of new equipment and software

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar IT role

- Strong knowledge of networking hardware and software systems

- Experience with Windows and Mac operating systems

- Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and other cloud-based applications

- Familiarity with virtualization and remote access technologies

- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

- Knowledge of real estate industry and related technology is a plus
