Experienced Infrastructure & Platform Services DeliveryLeadertoprovidethe delivery stability and continuous improvement of enterprise infrastructure and platform services. This roleis responsible forensuring secure resilient and high-performing environments across cloud on-premises and hybrid platforms. This role reports into Global Vice President Technology Service Delivery and is based in London Battersea.

The successful candidate will combine strong technical and practical expertise with operational leadership service governance project management and stakeholder management.

What Youll Do

Service Delivery & Operations

Own delivery ofEUS infrastructureand platform services (compute storage network cloudmiddlewareand end userservices).
Ensure high availability performance and reliability of enterprise platforms.
Manage SLAs KPIs and service reporting.
Leadincidentproblem and change management processes.
Drive continuous service improvement initiatives including AI
Oversee cloud environments (AWS Azure or GCP)
Oversee backup resilience and business continuity strategies.

Security & Compliance

Ensure infrastructure adheres to cybersecurity policies and regulatory requirements.
Partner with security teams to implement monitoring vulnerability management
Oversee backup resilience and business continuity strategies.

Vendor & Financial Management

Directmanaged service providers and third-party vendors.
Oversee infrastructure budgets and cost control initiatives.
Assistin contract and performance reviews.

Team Leadership

Directand develop end user services teams
Foster a culture of accountability collaboration and operational excellence.
Support technical skill development and succession planning.

Required Qualifications

Bachelors degree in IT Computer Science orrelevantexperience
812 years of experience inEUS IT infrastructure and platform services
2-5 years leading and developing high performing technical teams
Proven experience managing enterprise-scale infrastructure operations.
Practical Experience andknowledge of:
- Cloud platforms (AWS Azure or GCP)
- Virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V)
- Enterprise networking experience (Cisco and SD Wan a plus)
- Windows Server Administration
- M365 Administration
- Intune
- Jamf
- Monitoring and ITSM tools (JIra/JSMOpsServiceNow etc.
Experience with ITIL-based service management.

Preferred Qualifications

ITIL certification
Cloud certifications (AWS/Azure/GCP)
Experience in GDPR/SOX regulated or large enterprise environments
ExperiencewithAIOPSimplementations
Backup and Recovery
AIOps
Security fundamentals
Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills.
