Core Payment Rails Senior Product Delivery Associate

J.P. Morgan Payments is looking for a Senior Associate to support and lead Payments Product Delivery execution as part of the Global Payments this role you will contribute to day-to-day delivery activities across strategic initiatives impacting the Payments product offering alongside regulatory and mandatory industry change with a focus initially on ISO 20022. You will partner closely with global and regional execution teams and work with functional stakeholders across Product Technology and Operations to help drive disciplined execution clear reporting and effective issue management.

As a Senior Associate within J.P. Morgan Core Payment Rails Product Delivery you will support the delivery of transformation initiatives with a particular focus on ISO 20022 and the future of payments. You will help own and maintain delivery plans coordinate working sessions track milestones and produce clear status updates while learning how to manage dependencies risks and stakeholder expectations across a complex organisation.

Job Responsibilities:

• Support the execution of ISO 20022 adoption/migration initiatives by coordinating tasks tracking progress and helping maintain delivery documentation across workstreams
• Assist in developing and maintaining project plans RAID logs and delivery artefacts ensuring alignment with stated business objectives and regulatory or market deadlines
• Partner with Product Technology and Operations teams to support milestone delivery including scheduling forums capturing actions/decisions and following up on commitments
• Help gather and organise requirements and evidence needed for Global and Market Infrastructure-specific deliverables supporting local Product team collaboration and sign-off processes
• Produce clear timely progress updates for delivery leads and stakeholders escalating risks issues and slippage as appropriate through established governance
• Support issue triage and resolution by documenting impacts dependencies and next steps and tracking actions through to closure
• Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying recurring delivery pain points and proposing practical process or efficiency enhancements
• You will have the opportunity totake end to end ownership for key program deliverables such as theend to endplanningdeliveryand implementation for a specific business outcome

Required qualifications skills and capabilities:

• Experience in project delivery product implementation or change execution within a financial services environment or similarly complex organisation
• Ability to work effectively across multiple teams and stakeholders with a disciplined approach to follow-through documentation and task management
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail and an ability to translate discussions into clear actions risks and decisions
• Proactive organised and eager to learn with a practical problem-solving mindset and comfort operating in a fast-paced environment
• Client and business-centric orientation with interest in how product changes translate into client outcomes and operational performance

• Familiarity with project tracking reporting and risk/issue management concepts

Preferred qualifications skills and capabilities:

• Payments experience and/or exposure to ISO 20022
• Experience with formal governance routines
