Qualifications
5 years of leadership experience in skilled nursing operations
Multi-site operational oversight experience preferred
Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance and survey processes
Proven ability to drive census growth and operational improvements
Experience managing facility administrators and department leadership
Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple skilled nursing facilities
Support and mentor facility Administrators and leadership teams
Drive census development and operational performance across the region
Ensure compliance with federal and state regulatory requirements
Monitor financial performance and operational metrics
Partner with executive leadership on strategic initiatives and operational improvements
