Job Summary

Your tasks:

Advising and supporting managers and associates on strategic and operational HR matters
Coordinating talent and performance management processes
Ensuring the smooth execution of HR standards policies and processes
Participating in the yearly succession planning process
Identifying and promoting talents within the organization
Conducting potential reviews based on comprehensive knowledge of individuals
Governing remuneration development by ensuring adherence to budgets and remuneration principles as well as controlling and approving individual pay increases
Supporting and facilitating the organizational development of assigned departments


Qualifications :

Background: University degree in Business Administration Psychology Humanities Studies or related discipline
Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Specialist with demonstrated expertise in Employee Relations management
Language: Advanced proficiency in English (written and verbal)

 Personality and skills:

    Strong stakeholder management abilities
    Entrepreneurial Mindset
    Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
    Goal-and result orientated personality
    Good organizational and presentation skills pro-activity
