About the Role:
The Senior HR Business Partner is a strategic HR leader with deep HR experience who provides endtoend advisory support to senior leaders and functional teams. This role will be first of its kind and will lead development of the function processes and policies. With partnership from the SVP HR it will lead critical talent processes and serves as a trusted advisor on organizational effectiveness performance and workforce planning from a department level perspective.
This individual brings strong judgment credibility with leaders and the ability to operate across strategy and execution in a complex matrixed environment.
How You Will Make an Impact:
Talent Performance & Succession
Lead enterprise and functional efforts across performance management succession planning and career development
Facilitate and advise on 9-box talent reviews including identification and mitigation of flight risk
Partner with leaders on talent decisions internal mobility and long-term workforce planning
Strategic HR Advisory
Act as a senior advisor to leaders on organizational design workforce alignment and capability needs
Drive effective change management and communication ensuring clarity consistency and adoption
Build strong relationships with leaders through coaching influencing and trusted partnership
Coach and develop people managers to strengthen leadership effectiveness and accountability
Cross-Functional & COE Partnership
Partner closely with Training/Learning Compensation HR Data & Enablement and local HR Operation teams to deliver integrated HR solutions
Partner with talent and reward teams to align performance pay and development outcomes
Leadership & Governance
Serve as a key liaison to the SVP Human Resources providing insight feedback and escalation as needed
Ensure consistency and quality in employee relations documentation supporting compliance and risk management
Provide data-informed insights to leaders connecting workforce analytics with business decisions
What You Bring to the Team:
Experience & Qualifications
10 years of HR Business Partner experience including senior advisory responsibilities
Proven experience supporting senior leaders in fast-paced complex organizations
Strong expertise in performance management succession planning and talent review processes
Demonstrated ability to influence without authority and partner effectively across functions
Sound judgment high discretion and strong documentation skills in employee relations matters
