As Business Development Manager (m/f/d) you will be responsible for managing and expanding strategic partnerships identifying new business opportunities and driving the growth of Flixs network in Brazil.
About the Role
- Manage and strengthen relationships with existing partners while identifying new business opportunities.
- Own the full sales and partnership development cycle from opportunity identification to negotiation and implementation.
- Prepare forecasts reports and business performance analyses for internal stakeholders and management.
- Act as a trusted advisor to external partners addressing operational challenges and resolving issues to maintain strong and long-term relationships.
- Take responsibility for the P&L results of assigned partners and support the optimization of business performance.
- Coordinate cross-functional projects and ensure smooth collaboration between departments such as Operations Finance and Network Planning.
- Analyze complex datasets to identify opportunities for growth and improve partner performance.
- Support the development of strategic initiatives and special projects with both local and international teams.
About You
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Economics or a related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in Business Development Sales or Partnership Management preferably in a multinational environment.
- Full professional proficiency in Portuguese and English.
- Strong communication negotiation and presentation skills (professional use of PowerPoint is highly valued).
- Excellent analytical skills and strong business understanding (e.g. ability to understand financial statements and work with Excel).
- Self-driven reliable and highly organized with a strong sense of ownership.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in cross-functional teams.
