Job Responsibilities
Job Purpose
Ensures that the products delivered to the customer meet the agreed quality standards and conducts customer/internal/external audits. Embeds and deploys ALPS Quality Management with high priority and maintains quality certifications.
Experience
- At least 8 years experience in Quality and HSF Management with 2 years in a similar role.
- Experience in chemical manufacturing preferred.
- Strong knowledge of ISO9001; Lead Auditor certification is a plus.
- Proven leadership team management and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills and fluent in English.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel Word PowerPoint).
Education
Bachelors degree or higher.
