Role Overview
Our client a leading property management organisation is seeking a Sectional Title Portfolio Manager to manage and oversee a portfolio of sectional title schemes.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the effective financial administrative and operational management of community schemes while maintaining strong relationships with trustees owners and service providers.
This role requires a professional who can balance stakeholder engagement compliance management and operational oversight while ensuring schemes operate efficiently and in accordance with legislative requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Portfolio Management

Manage a portfolio of sectional title schemes in line with company standards and regulatory requirements.

Act as the primary point of contact for trustees owners and stakeholders.

Ensure schemes are professionally managed and operating efficiently.
Trustee & Stakeholder Engagement
-
Build and maintain strong relationships with trustees and body corporates.
-
Provide guidance to trustees on governance and decision-making.
-
Facilitate and attend trustee meetings and Annual General Meetings (AGMs).
-
Ensure effective communication between trustees residents and service providers.
Financial Oversight
-
Work closely with the finance team regarding:

Scheme budgets
-
Levy collections
-
Financial reporting
-
Monitor financial performance of schemes within the portfolio.

Provide oversight and input to ensure financial sustainability.
Compliance & Governance
Maintenance & Operational Management
-
Oversee maintenance and repair requirements across schemes.
-
Coordinate contractors and service providers to ensure service delivery standards are met.
-
Monitor service level agreements and contractor performance.
Issue Resolution
-
Manage and resolve owner and tenant queries.
-
Address disputes and complaints professionally and efficiently.

Escalate complex issues to senior management where required.
Administration & Reporting

Prepare and distribute meeting packs for trustee meetings and AGMs.
-
Ensure accurate recording of meeting minutes.
-
Maintain proper documentation and records for each scheme.
-
Provide regular updates and reports to trustees.

Minimum Requirements

Experience in sectional title or property management

Ability to manage multiple schemes simultaneously
Advantageous Experience

Knowledge of STSMA and CSOS regulations
