- Defining and executing the growth strategy for the business unit
- Leading client development efforts and strengthening high-value relationships

- Overseeing financial performance including revenue growth profitability and pipeline health
- Leading mentoring and developing internal teams with a strong focus on performance and engagement
- Ensuring high standards of delivery quality and client satisfaction
- Collaborating closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to align business priorities
- Contributing to the wider strategic evolution of the company

We are seeking a professional with a strong track record in leadership roles within IT consulting technology services outsourcing or nearshore environments.
