AI Product Owner Business Analyst (fmdiv.)

As an AI Product Owner / Business Analyst you will play a key role in driving data-driven and AI-powered solutions that create real business impact. Acting as the link between business stakeholders and technical teams you will shape product vision translate complex requirements into actionable insights and ensure that innovative digital solutions deliver measurable value across the organization.

You will work in a cross-functional international environment and contribute directly to Boschs digital transformation journey.

Your contribution to something big:

• Define and evolve the product vision and roadmap by collaborating closely with business stakeholders and technical experts.
• Analyze business needs (industrial financial or other domains) and translate them into clear functional and non-functional requirements for development and data engineering teams.
• Prioritize features and initiatives based on business value feasibility and return on investment (ROI).
• Define success metrics monitor the performance of AI solutions and communicate results transparently to stakeholders.
• Act as the voice of the customer ensuring that solutions meet user needs and provide a seamless experience.
• Facilitate effective collaboration and communication across business design and development teams within an agile setup.

Qualifications :

What distinguishes you:

Education

• Degree in Management Industrial Engineering Information Systems or a comparable field ideally with a focus on process analysis project management or technology.

Experience

• Proven experience as a Product Owner and/or Business Analyst in software development projects.
• Experience with AI data-driven or digital solutions is a strong advantage.

Know-how

• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum Kanban).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to structure problems and make data-driven decisions.
• Experience with requirements and backlog management tools (e.g. Jira Azure DevOps).
• Knowledge of data visualization and analytics tools such as Tableau and Power BI.

Languages

• Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
• Additional languages are considered a plus.

Working style and methods

• Structured proactive and solution-oriented working style.
• Comfortable working with cross-functional teams in an agile and international environment.

Personality

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
