Job Summary
Industry: Food & Beverage
Location: Malta
Basis: Full time
Remuneration: Salary
Main Duties:
- Manage daily stores and ERP inventory accuracy including stock counts and batch tracking
- Manage raw and packaging material levels to optimize stock and minimize waste
- Monitor material usage shelf life returns and write-offs
- Ensure compliance with company procedures Health & Safety standards and housekeeping requirements
- Liaise with Production Quality Finance Purchasing and suppliers to ensure smooth operations
- Lead and develop staff through performance management and multi-skilling
- Deputize for the Stores/Procurement Manager and report stock or operational risks to management
What skills do you need
- MQF Level 5/6 qualification in Supply Chain Logistics or Operations or similar
- Experience in inventory/stores management
- Strong ERP/MRP knowledge
- Good leadership organizational and communication skills
Eligibility to work in the EU is a must
