Marketing & Communications Executive

Our client a leading agent for Malta residency and citizenship programmes is looking for a Marketing & Communications Executive. In this role you will support the Marketing Manager with website management social media marketing materials and research. This role is ideal for candidates with creative design skills and a strategic approach to marketing.

This is an office-based role offering a salary of up to 40K plus benefits.

Role & Responsibilities

• Manage the company website using WordPress

• Coordinate with external web developers as needed

• Create professional digital and offline marketing materials ensuring they are visually appealing consistent and aligned with the companys identity

• Support campaigns and promotions with high-quality design assets

• Manage the companys LinkedIn presence and optimise content strategy

• Identify and attend industry conferences events and corporate forums

• Conduct market research to identify trends and new opportunities

• Work closely with the sales team on materials presentations and campaign planning

• Contribute creative ideas for campaigns promotions and brand initiatives

• Track engagement and provide insights to improve social media and marketing effectiveness

Education Skills & Experience

• Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications or a related field

• 2 years of experience in a marketing and communications role in Malta

• Fluency in English (C2/native level) both written and spoken

• Proficiency in digital marketing tools including Adobe Creative Suite Figma Canva or similar

• Excellent organisation multitasking and time management skills

• Experience managing LinkedIn content and understanding marketing metrics and analytics
