Your Daily Responsibilities
Customer Assistance: Resolve various inquiries regarding account subscriptions billing details and basic technical configurations.
Consult & Enhance: Identify opportunities to improve a customers entertainment experience by recommending service upgrades or better packages.
Relationship Management: Deliver professional friendly service that ensures every customer feels respected and heard.
Team Synergy: Work closely with mentors and colleagues in a high-intensity office setting fostering a supportive team atmosphere.
