Are you a native Danish speaker with a deep understanding of local food and solid English comprehension Welo Data is seeking contributors for a global food delivery project.

In this freelance role you will review restaurant menu items written in Danish and classify them using a standardized taxonomy in Americanized English. Your cultural knowledge and linguistic skills will directly help enhance food category recognition across diverse global markets.

What You Will Do

• Read & Review: Analyze each menu items name category and description written in Danish.
• Confirm Context: Check the item photo (if available) to verify the food type.
• Classify (Dish Label): Assign the most accurate Dish Label from an English-language taxonomy dropdown using keywords like pasta or grilled chicken.
• Categorize (Course Label): Select the appropriate Course Label in English (e.g. Appetizer Main Course Side Dish Dessert Beverage Other).
• Add Contextual Notes: Provide a brief note for any items that seem unclear ambiguous or unusual to ensure no row is left blank.

• Duration: 12 hours total (up to a maximum of 10 hours)
