About the Role

Join an international technical support project within the audiovisual entertainment industry supporting a leading global digital platform.

In this role you will assist Danish-speaking customers with technical issues related to consumer electronics and streaming devices ensuring a smooth efficient and high-quality user experience. You will be part of a multicultural team in a fast-growing tech environment with strong focus on service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support via phone and email
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues in a customer-friendly manner
• Identify and analyze technical problems through active listening and clear questioning
• Deliver accurate and efficient solutions using internal tools and training resources
• Document all relevant customer interactions in the system
• Stay up to date with new technologies and product developments

Requirements

• Danish: C1C2 (fluent/native)
• English: B2
• MS Office knowledge
• Service-oriented analytical and communicative profile
• Willing to learn

Nice to have:

• Previous experience in technical support
• Strong interest in technology

Working Schedule

• Monday to Friday
• 09:00 18:00

Salary & Benefits

• Base salary: 21428 gross/year
• Performance bonus: up to 1800 gross/year
• Full-time permanent contract (39h/week)
