Job Summary
Our client is launching a new competency centre in China and is looking for an experienced AI Product Manager to lead AI-driven transformation projects. Youll design and implement AI solutions that boost operational efficiency strengthen governance improve forecasting and optimization and enhance decision-making accuracy. The ideal candidate has a solid background in developing AI products for enterprise finance and the leadership potential to build and mentor a small AI product team.
Key Responsibilities
AI Ideation & Strategic Workshops
- Organize and facilitate ideation and brainstorming sessions with senior leadership to showcase AI opportunities across Finance Procurement and Inventory Management
- Highlight innovative use cases and demonstrate how AI can drive transformation and business value
AI Roadmap Execution & Interdisciplinary Collaboration
- Lead cross-functional teams (Data Scientists Engineers ERP specialists Finance SMEs) to develop execution plans for the AI transformation roadmap
- Ensure project goals align with business objectives and prioritize high-impact initiatives
Development Oversight & Change Management
- Oversee the design development and deployment of AI-powered automation solutions ensuring compliance with IT cybersecurity audit and governance standards
- Manage stakeholder engagement and drive change management to maximize adoption and impact
Requirements
Experience
- 610 years in product management digital transformation or AI product roles
- Strong experience delivering AI-driven automation solutions in enterprise finance
- Hands-on exposure to FinTech AI solutions is a plus
- Experience in structured governance-heavy organizations preferred
Technical & Domain Expertise
- Strong understanding of LLMs NLP workflow automation and AI agents
- Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP) and financial data structures
- Knowledge of enterprise system integration and APIs
- Familiarity with cloud platforms
- Understanding of risk control audit requirements and data governance in finance
Leadership & Communication
- Strong stakeholder management at senior leadership level
- Proven ability to conduct training and knowledge transfer sessions
- Strategic thinker with an execution focus
- Leadership potential to build and mentor an AI product team
