The Director of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) leads and develops a highperforming team responsible for delivering strategic guidance and analytical insights to key stakeholders across the organization. This role oversees financial planning forecasting performance measurement and budget monitoring to support effective decisionmaking and operational excellence. As a strategic and analytical leader the Director partners closely with Finance Directors Vice Presidents and Corporate leadership. This position plays a critical role in driving financial discipline enabling executive decision-making and consolidating financial results across all divisions.

What will your job look like

• Own the full P&L for the company/division (actuals and projections internal and external).
• Lead the Mid-Term strategic planning process influencing long-term business decisions.
• Oversee monthly and quarterly closing activities ensuring accuracy compliance and timely reporting.
• Consolidate financial results for all Americas divisions explaining variances and business drivers not just technical consolidation.
• Provide clear concise insights and recommendations to senior leadership including CFO and executive committees.
• Drive target setting and compliance guidelines across the region.
• Inspire and lead a large high-performing team setting vision expectations and fostering innovation.
• Champion efficiency and transformation adopting new tools systems and challenging the status quo.

All you need is...

• Bachelors degree in Economics Accounting or related field.
• Fluent English (mandatory).
• Professional Accountant certification advantage.
• 812 years of experience in FP&A or financial analysis roles.
• Proven leadership experience managing large teams and team leads
• Strong background in budgeting forecasting and financial modeling.
• Ability to present clear concise messages to senior executives and CFOs.
• Experience in multinational environments or fast-paced settings.
• Advanced skills in SAP and Excel; exposure to automation and BI tools is a plus.
