TheEducation division develops and delivers a leadingglobaltrainingprogram on loudspeaker systems and immersive audio enabling audio professionals and studentsadvancetheir careers in a constantly evolving industry.With23 coursesand14000 certificatesissued annually acrossmore than 60 countriesthe Education division plays a pivotal role in building technical mastery and elevating userexpertiseworldwide.

As anEducationSpecialistAmericas you will contribute to strengthening one of our most dynamic regions through expert instruction regional partnershipsand support to our community of trainers and end-users.

Youwilllead and deliverhigh-qualityL-Acoustics training across theAmericasandhelp shape ourregional educationecosystem.

Your work will blend technicalexpertise instructional excellence and regional influence while contributing to the development of our training programs partnerships and certified trainers.

This rolerepresentsan opportunity to grow into a key instructional leader for the Americas region.

The mission:

Deliver and leadL-Acousticstraining (online & onsite):

  • Deliver instructor-led sessionswith clarity authority and hands-onexpertise rapidly evolving into a principal instructor role for the region.
  • Teach both fundamental and advancedaudioconceptstodiverse audiences(students integrators techniciansseasoned engineers).

Strengthen regional training partnerships:

  • Collaborate with third-party training centers and academic institutionsunder theL-AcousticsEducation Partner Program.
  • Ensurepedagogical and technicalalignment with L-Acoustics training standards.

Support trainer certification:

  • Assistwith trainer certification processes in the Americas: coordination evaluation content alignment and briefings.
  • Serve as a backup trainer tosupportnewlycertified trainers in theirinitialdeliveries.

Anchor Education activities in Nashville:

  • Oversee and manage theEducation presence in the Nashville office ensuring high-quality local delivery and operational readiness.
  • Build local partnerships for enhanced operations and capabilities beyond the L-Acoustics office.

Contribute to program evolution:

  • Provide targeted constructive feedback on course content and delivery.
  • Supportcurriculum improvementsaligned withtrends and learner needs.
  • Participate in special educational events for trainers and certified users.

Support the Americas as a connected region:

  • Travelacross the Americas including Latin America -todelivertrainingsandsupportEducation Operations initiatives.

What you will need to be successful:

Technical & fieldexpertise:

  • Strong foundationin audio engineering with real field experience deploying sound systemsenough to speak with confidence to experienced professionals.
  • Experience implementingLAcousticsline sources is a strong advantage.
  • Familiarity or mastery ofL-Acousticssoftware tools:Soundvision LA Network Manager L-ISA Controller.

Teaching & communication:

  • Experience as an instructor or facilitator (manufacturer training university program training center or structured mentoring).
  • Ability to take ownership of a classroom:explaindemonstrate guide adjust.
  • Clear structured communicatorwhothrivein front of groups.

Professional qualities:

  • Strong listening and observation skills; a didactic approach to teaching.
  • High intercultural sensitivity for work across the Americas.
  • ExcellentEnglish;Spanishproficiencyrequired(fluency preferred).
  • Comfortable with domestic and international travel.
