About the Jobs
Responsible for ensuring efficient highquality interactions with customers across all sales channels.
Maintains strong relationships with all Swarovski points of sale including own stores franchises multibrand partners and ecommerce partners.
Ensures warranty policies remain complete consistent uptodate and clearly accessible through the appropriate channels.
Guarantees alignment with global standards while complying with local laws in each country.
Works closely with the companys partner legal offices to resolve customer cases within legal frameworks.
About you
We are looking for a unique and amazing talent who brings along the following:
English proficiency is a must (B2 level or higher).
Minimum 2 years of professional experience in a fashion customer and commercial retail environment.
Minimum 1 year of work experience in a similar customer service position in a consumer goods business ideally with knowledge of SAP/Micros etc.
Advanced verbal communication and presentation skills.
Excellent organizational and planning skills.
Strong focus on customer service and relationship building skills. -Proactive problem solver with the ability to manage change effectively.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
Knowledge of Spanish at a basic or intermediate level is a plus.
Knowledge in Excel and analysis tools.
