What Youll Build

The SAP Internship Experience Program is SAPs global strategic paid internship program that provides university students with opportunities to find purpose in their careers. This is more than an internship its the foundation for a career built on connection creativity and impact.

Position title: SAP iXp Intern - Cloud Delivery Services

Location: São Paulo RS hybrid position 3 days per week working from the office

We are looking for an intern who is driven by a desire to provide our customers with outstanding customer service. The key responsibility is to assist our customers in resolving issues related to the implementation deployment functionality and usage of SAP Products.

As an Environment Management member of our CDX Spend Management Cloud Operations team you will be at the forefront of architecting securely designing and running the next generation of SAP Fieldglass platforms. You will be part of a high-performance team which continuously improves the reliability of critical systems working closely with development and operations teams. The ideal candidate will take a proactive approach with deployments and maintenance of customer sandbox environments and leveraging advanced tools to gain real-time insights and identify potential issues before they escalate. By partnering and collaborating with colleagues across technology teams you will play a key role in guiding efforts around each platforms best practices enrolling colleagues in your designs and building high-performance secure and distributed global platforms at scale to support our customers.

Essential Requirements:

• Strong experience with public cloud platforms (Azure AWS GCP) and cloud architecture patterns (IaaS and PaaS)
• Proficiency in scripting or programming (Python Bash or similar) with an automation-first mindset
• Solid understanding of observability fundamentals including logging metrics tracing monitoring and alerting
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and containerization (Docker OCI)
• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code and CI/CD practices with a preference for GitOps approaches
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work across distributed teams
• Self-starter mindset with curiosity adaptability and a focus on continuous learning and improvement
