DescriptionWe are currently seeking a Compliance Coordinator to join our team in Auckland or Wellington. This role plays a key part in supporting the compliance team by coordinating administrative activities contractor management and compliance reporting to ensure facilities operate safely and efficiently.
About the Role
Reporting to the Compliance Team Leader you will work closely with internal teams clients and subcontractors to support compliance operations and maintain accurate system records. This is a great opportunity for someone who is organised proactive and enjoys working in a fast-paced operational environment. 🛠
Key Responsibilities
- Manage PPM reviews and job creation including contractor allocation and job sign-off within BGIS and client systems
- Coordinate subcontractors and manage incoming requests through the compliance inbox
- Maintain compliance documentation and support administrative processes
- Assist with client-specific compliance tasks including inspections risk tracking and reporting
- Support contract reporting client meetings and stakeholder communication
- Ensure compliance with BGIS HSEQ safety standards and promote safe work practices
Skills & Experience
Essential
- Previous experience in an administration or coordination role
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word Excel Outlook)
- Minimum Higher School Certificate or equivalent
Desirable
- Experience in facilities management building compliance or maintenance environments
- Familiarity with systems such as Simpro Unicloud Teams or UpTick
