Are you passionate about people and HR Are you looking for a development opportunity We are looking for an HR Coordinator to fill our newly created structure supporting our HR Advisory and Service Centre team. The HR Coordinators will work collaboratively and support one another with their learning.
As an HR Coordinator you will be providing essential support to the team in the timely delivery of people-related queries and navigating our people systems and processes. Providing a positive customer experience every time is front and centre to what we do. This role plays a pivotal part in supporting our HR Advisory team with advice and transactional related queries through the employment lifecycle. You will assist the HR Advisory team with more complex matters and be provided with development opportunities and learnings.
Key Accountabilities:
- Effectively communicate with our people partners and community.
- Use critical thinking and problem-solving skills to make sound decisions and judgement.
- Know the legislation policy and guidelines relevant to the role and how to access them.
- Demonstrate ability to plan and organise workload to meet required targets and deadlines.
- Seek opportunities to develop your own skills knowledge and experience through supporting and shadowing Advisors in their work.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills including strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Facilitate the timely flow of current and accurate information between all relevant parties.
- A strong team player with a positive flexible and pro-active approach to work and colleagues.

Utu ā-tau Salary
This position is covered by a collective agreement and salary will commence between $74748 and $78129 dependent on skills and experience relevant to the role.
