• Leading and developing the DT department across KS3KS5

• Teaching Design & Technology with potential specialism in Product Design Resistant Materials or Engineering

• Driving curriculum innovation and maintaining high standards of teaching and learning

• Monitoring student progress and implementing strategies to raise attainment

• Managing departmental resources including workshops and equipment

• Supporting and mentoring colleagues within the department
