Key Account Manager
Location: Johannesburg South Africa (Onsite)

About the Role
Enduring Ventures is seeking experienced Key Account Managers to join their dynamic team. The focus of this role is to drive sales and manage strategic accounts within the FMCG sector covering both the South African domestic market and export markets across the SADC region and other African territories. This is a hands-on client-facing role requiring strong market knowledge relationship-building skills and a proven track record in FMCG sales.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow key accounts in South Africa and across export markets.
Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company targets and regional priorities.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying new business opportunities within the FMCG sector.
Ensure accurate forecasting reporting and pipeline management for assigned accounts.
Collaborate with internal teams (logistics marketing operations) to deliver solutions and drive account success.
Monitor market trends competitor activity and export opportunities to inform strategy.
Candidate Requirements
Minimum 6years experience in FMCG sales / key account management.
Strong understanding of the South African market SADC region and broader African export markets.
Proven track record of selling into retail wholesale or distributor networks.
Excellent negotiation relationship management and communication skills.
Ability to work onsite in Johannesburg and travel regionally as required.
Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or related field preferred.
