What you can expect

We are looking for a Contact Center Business Development Representative to join our growing this role you will work cross-functionally with Zoom CX Specialists Field Marketing and ABM teams to build highly targeted outreach strategies and campaigns. Your goal will be to generate qualified opportunities for our sales teams by researching prospecting and engaging high-value accounts.

Through strategic partnerships and a customer-centric approach they play a pivotal role in expanding Zooms global presence and ensuring businesses harness the full potential of virtual collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Identifying and engage enterprise accounts that would benefit from Zoom Contact Center by leveraging targeted account lists and ABM campaigns.
  • Executing 70 outbound activities daily including cold calls emails video messages and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Working with Zoom CX Specialists Field Marketing geo BDRs and ABM teams to craft and execute highly targeted account-based campaigns.
  • Identifying and qualify Zoom Contact Center opportunities by conducting discovery calls and understanding a prospects contact center needs.
  • Developing compelling account-specific messaging to engage C- level executives and VPs in Customer Experience (CX) IT and Operations.
  • Maintaining accurate records in Salesforce (SFDC) and contribute to Zooms enterprise pipeline growth.
  • Tracking weekly and monthly performance proactively adjusting strategies based on results and feedback.

What were looking for

  • Demonstrated previous experience working with contact center solutions CCaaS or customer experience technologies.
  • Have excellent customer service skills and sales acumen.
  • Work with multiple teams (CX Specialists Sales Field Marketing ABM Geo BDRs) to refine sales strategies.
  • Deliver in high-volume outbound prospecting with the ability to handle rejection and adapt strategies.
  • Experience engaging C-level and VP executives using consultative selling and personalized messaging.
  • Success in achieving or exceeding quarterly BDR quotas and contributing to pipeline growth.

Salary Range or On Target Earnings:

Minimum:

$56500.00

Maximum:

$105900.00

In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary bonus and equity value.

Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.

We also have a location based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations
