Job Title: Virtual Customer Service Representative
Job Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone email and live chat in a professional and timely manner
- Handle customer complaints provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
- Maintain customer records by updating account information and handling order processing
- Assist customers with product selection pricing and availability
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department for further investigation
- Strive to meet or exceed customer satisfaction and productivity goals
Essential Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for helping others
- Basic computer skills and proficiency MS Office

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
