The Opportunity

Werelooking for a forward-thinking builder who thrives in an AI-first worldsomeone whodoesntjust applyAI butreimagines how work gets done through it.

In this role you will design and build intelligent AI agents that transform creative and enterprise workflows while shaping new ways of delivering value through automation augmentation and humanAI collaboration.

You combine deep technical capability with strong business acumenable to move from prototype to production and from concept to measurable impact. You think in systems not features and are motivated by solving real-world problems with clear ROI.

What youll do

• Design and build AI agents that automate and augment end-to-end workflows
• Identifyhigh-impact opportunities to reinvent processes in an AI-first paradigm
• Translate business problems into AI-driven solutions with clear value hypotheses
• Develop and communicate ROI models and value engineering frameworks
• Rapidly prototype test and iterate with real users and stakeholders
• Partner across product engineering and go-to-market teams to scale solutions

What you need to succeed:

• Experience building AI agents copilots or LLM-powered systems
• Strong systemsthinkingabilityto design workflows not just features
• Commercial mindset: you can quantify impact (time saved revenue uplift cost reduction)
• Curiosity and future-thinking: you stay ahead of emerging AI capabilities and trends
• Ability to communicate complex AI concepts clearly to technical and non-technical audiences

Youllstand out if you:

• Have experience in applied AI forward deployed engineering or AI solutions roles
• Have built and deployed real-world agent-based or automation systems
• Can bridge technical execution with strategic thinking and business value
