This role offers full-cycle involvement in elder abuse litigation matters supporting attorneys from case intake through trial. You will play a key role in ensuring cases move efficiently deadlines are met and all litigation materials are prepared to a high standard.
You will be working in a fast-paced environment where organization attention to detail and ownership are critical to success.
What Youll Do:
Support attorneys throughout the litigation lifecycle from intake to trial
Draft and review pleadings discovery subpoenas correspondence and demand letters
Prepare trial materials exhibit binders and mediation briefs
Communicate with clients to collect updates and case-related documentation
Summarize medical records deposition transcripts discovery responses and facility records
Coordinate with experts medical providers and vendors
Assist with trial preparation including witness lists subpoenas and exhibit management
What were looking for:
3 5 years of litigation experience (elder abuse personal injury or medical negligence preferred)
Strong calendaring and deadline management experience
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Word Excel Outlook and court e-filing systems
Professional reliable and proactive approach to work
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Bilingual in Spanish is a strong plus
