Elder Abuse Attorney

About the Role:

This role offers end-to-end involvement in complex elder abuse and personal injury matters. You will play a critical part in advocating for vulnerable clients while managing cases through all phases of litigation.

You will:

  • Lead and manage cases from intake through resolution
  • Represent clients in trials arbitrations depositions and mediations
  • Draft and argue motions pleadings and trial briefs
  • Collaborate with internal teams while maintaining ownership of your caseload
  • Work in a fast-paced environment requiring precision urgency and strong judgment

What We re Looking For:

  • 5 years of Elder Abuse law firm experience
  • Active member of the State Bar of California
  • Strong litigation experience including trial exposure
  • Ability to travel across California as needed
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to lead and manage team members effectively
  • Passion for representing plaintiffs against insurance companies and large firm
