Elder Abuse Attorney
About the Role:
This role offers end-to-end involvement in complex elder abuse and personal injury matters. You will play a critical part in advocating for vulnerable clients while managing cases through all phases of litigation.
You will:
- Lead and manage cases from intake through resolution
- Represent clients in trials arbitrations depositions and mediations
- Draft and argue motions pleadings and trial briefs
- Collaborate with internal teams while maintaining ownership of your caseload
- Work in a fast-paced environment requiring precision urgency and strong judgment
What We re Looking For:
- 5 years of Elder Abuse law firm experience
- Active member of the State Bar of California
- Strong litigation experience including trial exposure
- Ability to travel across California as needed
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to lead and manage team members effectively
- Passion for representing plaintiffs against insurance companies and large firm
