MW Partners is currently seeking a Coordinator Contract Administration to work for our client who is a leader in the media and entertainment industry.
Responsibilities and duties:
- Manage the Executive Directors calendar scheduling and coordinating internal and external meetings.
- Prepare and process documents using DocuSign and assist with electronic signature workflows.
- Provide administrative support related to contract administration processes and documentation.
Requirements:
- 2 years Prior experience in contract administration or a legal support role is required
- 1 year prior Entertainment or media experience.
- Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to handle confidential information.
- Experience managing calendars and coordinating meetings in a professional setting.
- Proficiency with DocuSign.
- Requires prior contract management experience reading and understanding contracts including documentation related tothe Guilds DGA (Directors Guild of America) WGA (Writers Guild of America) PGA (Producers Guild of America) SAG-AFTRA (Screen Actors Guild - American Federation of Television and Radio Artists) options (such as producer option development option) calendaring options this role is heavily contract based
