Job Summary

Job Title: ServiceNow SPO Architect / SME Location: Remote Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Sourcing & Procurement Operations (SPO) Architect/SME to act as a client-side advisor ensuring solution design implementation and configuration align with ServiceNow best practices and procurement business needs.

Key Responsibilities

Design & Architecture Validation:
Review and validate solution architecture to ensure alignment with ServiceNow best practices and business objectives.
Implementation Oversight:
Partner with teams to guide configuration and deployment of the SPO module.
Hands-on Configuration:
Support system configuration data mapping and workflow optimization.
Process Alignment:
Maximize OOTB capabilities and minimize customizations aligned with Procure-to-Pay processes.
Knowledge Transfer & Training:
Mentor internal teams and ensure smooth post-go-live ownership.
Testing & QA:
Support UAT and validate system functionality against requirements.

Required Skills & Experience

Strong experience in ServiceNow SPO implementation
Solid understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) lifecycle
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
