Service Delivery Center ServiceNow Developer Senior

Drive enterprisescale transformation on one of the worlds most powerful workflow this role youll design and deliver ServiceNow solutions that solve complex problems enable smarter ways of working and support missioncritical outcomes for EY teams and clients across industries.

The opportunity

EYs Service Delivery Center continues to expand its ServiceNow capabilities to meet growing demand across the firm and our clients. As a Senior ServiceNow Developer youll play a key role in shaping platform architecture leading complex implementations and influencing how ServiceNow is used at scale. Youll work alongside technologists and consulting teams to deliver secure highquality solutions while mentoring others and setting development standards.

Your key responsibilities

Youll spend your time designing building and optimizing ServiceNow solutions that have real enterprise impact including:

Designing and delivering ServiceNow solutions across multiple modules such as IT Service Management IT Operations Management Asset Management Strategic Portfolio Management Integrated Risk Management Security Operations HR Service Delivery and Customer Service Management
Developing custom applications workflows business rules client scripts and integrations using JavaScript and Glide
Owning platform architecture decisions to ensure scalability performance security and alignment with ServiceNow best practices
Designing and implementing integrations between ServiceNow and thirdparty enterprise systems using REST and SOAP
Partnering with business and technology stakeholders to translate requirements into effective technical solutions
Acting as a ServiceNow subject matter expert by supporting complex issues mentoring team members and promoting platform standards

Skills and attributes for success

To qualify for the role you must have

Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems Business Administration or a related field
Five or more years of handson ServiceNow development experience in large or complex enterprise environments
Strong expertise in ServiceNow platform architecture and core development components including business rules client scripts workflows and UI policies
Proven experience integrating ServiceNow with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs
Experience working in Agile or Scrum delivery environments
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and nontechnical stakeholders

Ideally youll also have

Experience delivering ServiceNow solutions aligned to industryspecific requirements
Exposure to advanced ServiceNow modules such as ITOM SPM IRM or Security Operations
Experience supporting AIenabled solutions or integrations such as conversational or automation capabilities

ServiceNow certifications

The following certifications are required or strongly preferred for this role:

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)

Strongly preferred

ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in one or more modules (for example ITSM ITOM SPM or IRM)

Nice to have

Additional ServiceNow mainline or advanced certifications

We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where youll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $67000 to $136800. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $80300 to $155300. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education experience knowledge skills and addition our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage pension and 401(k) plans and a wide range of paid time off options.
Join us in our team-led and leader-enabled hybrid model. Our expectation is for most people in external client serving roles to work together in person 40-60% of the time over the course of an engagement project or year.
