- Strong skills in troubleshooting software issues incident management and user support
- Experience supporting a range of business applications with the ability to learn new systems quickly
- Confidence in providing clear guidance and support to users across a diverse and geographically dispersed workforce
- Familiarity with ticketing systems IT documentation practices and basic system administration
- A proactive solutionsfocused approach with the ability to balance reactive support with improvementfocused work
