Do you ensure that our hightech warehouses keep always running As a facility specialist you are the technical expert who prevents breakdowns solves issues quickly and keeps our installations in top condition. Variety responsibility and plenty of room to grow: that is what working at DSV means.

At our modern logistics campus in Venlo you are responsible for the technical operations of one of our most advanced warehouses. You know the building and all its systems inside out: from HVAC installations and elevators to fire detection systems and automated processes. You help keep everything running smoothly: youre on it.

How you do this As the technical point of contact you are a key link between operations and the facility organisation. You carry out maintenance safeguard safety coordinate suppliers and actively contribute ideas for improvements that make our location even more efficient. You achieve this by:

• analysing and resolving technical malfunctions;
• performing maintenance and identifying opportunities for improvement;
• supervising suppliers and ensuring the quality of their work;
• managing work permits and ensuring a safe working environment;
• translating technical needs from operations into concrete solutions.

Your team within DSV stands out for its collegial atmosphere. You work with fourteen facility colleagues who always support one another. You also collaborate closely with security QHSE procurement and of course your operational colleagues. DSV is growing rapidly and that demands a lot from the team. You bring

• experience in a technical field such as facility management or maintenance of machines and installations;
• knowledge of HVAC electrical systems fire detection and building installations;
• experience with work permits and safe working practices (VCA);
• strong communication skills in Dutch and English;
• willingness to participate in oncall duties.
