JOB PURPOSE

This role is part of ourCreative & Media team based in Rotterdam and Amsterdam. Our team is a vibrant mix of talents ranging from Creatives Influencer Marketers Brand & Content Strategists to Account Managers Programmatic and Marketing Automation Consultants. Together we blend imaginative storytelling and performance-driven strategies with cutting-edge technology to create engaging digital experiences that build lasting relationships with our clients.

As a Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist you will be helping us build the future of our agency through effective talent acquisition strategies. As candidates first point of contact you represent DEPTs culture and are responsible for ensuring a positive candidate journey throughout the recruitment process. Partnering with hiring teams to understand role requirements share regular hiring updates and provide market insights.

WHAT YOULL DO:

• Review applications screen resumes and assess candidates qualifications for various positions within the organization.
• Conduct thorough phone screenings to evaluate candidates skills and experience.
• Guide candidates through the entire recruitment process providing timely updates feedback and support.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers and management teams to understand their recruitment needs and align candidate profiles accordingly.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including job postings sourcing screening interviewing and extending offers to successfulcandidates.
• Devise and implement effective strategies to attract passive candidates ensuring a steady pipeline of high-quality talent.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and documentation in our applicant tracking system.

WHAT YOU BRING:

• Previous experience in a recruitment or talent acquisition role with success in attracting and selecting top talent in the creative or digital industry.
• Experience in setting up preparing and conducting candidate phone screenings ensuring a thorough assessment of candidates.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work closely with internal stakeholders such as hiring managers and operational directors.
• Excellent organizational skills ability to manage priorities and attention to detail ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools to manage candidate data and streamline processes.
• A strong interest in the practical applications of AI in a business context with a proactive approach to embedding new technologies in your daily work.
• Experience using generative AI or other smart tools in a professional or personal capacity to increase productivity and solve problems is a plus.
