About the role
Calvary is delivering a major digital uplift across our hospitals residential aged care and home care services nationally. We are seeking a handson Senior Change & Adoption Lead to work directly with frontline teams and site leaders to embed new digital tools and ways of working.
This is a fulltime 12month fixed term role with national travel required based within our Technology Team.
Your main duties will include:
- Leading practical change and adoption activities for digital releases every 23 months
- Engaging directly with frontline teams through site visits workshops and training
- Establishing and supporting working groups and change champion networks
About you
- Experience delivering handson change with frontline teams
- Able to work with ambiguity and adapt quickly
- Strong facilitation skills
- Skilled at translating strategy into simple actions
- PROSCI/ADKAR or similar change experience
