As Konovo continues transitioning from a service-oriented model to a product-driven platform we are expanding our Bengaluru-based team. The Assistant Account Manager owns the end-to-end bidding and feasibility process for healthcare market research projects while managing day-to-day client this role you will translate client research needs into accurate timely proposals and coordinate internally to ensure projects are scoped effectively from the outset.

- Lead the end-to-end proposaldevelopmentprocess for global accounts ensuring pricing is competitive and aligned with profitability targets.

- Develop a deep understanding of client needs crafting tailored insightdriven solutions that align with budget requirements timelines and strategic goals.
- Produce clear concise andaccuratesales handover documentation for the project management team highlighting allclientspecificrequirements and expectations.
- Collaborate closely with the Client Services team to troubleshoot issuesand course correct through the project lifecycle.
- Communicateaccounthealthand performance insightsBusiness Development supportinglong-termclient satisfaction retention and growth opportunities.
- Stay actively informed on industry developmentsmonitoringhealthcare market research trends client activities and competitor movements across the European region toanticipateneeds and strengthen strategic account decisions.
- Support Business Development in achieving booking and margin targets across assigned accounts by proactivelyidentifyingopportunities strengthening client engagement and ensuring commercially sound proposals.
- Leverage Salesforce (CRM) to accurately track bids pipeline activity and sales progress ensuring clear visibility and smooth coordination across teams.

- Minimum of 3 years in account management within the healthcare research sector
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office especially Excel. Salesforce is an advantage
