Key Responsibilities
Deliver primary healthcare services in NGO-supported clinics and outreach programs.
Diagnose treat and manage common illnesses injuries and chronic conditions.
Provide emergency care and stabilize patients before referral.
Support health promotion and disease prevention campaigns in communities.
Collect analyze and report health data for program monitoring and evaluation.
Train and mentor community health workers and volunteers.
Ensure compliance with NGO medical protocols donor requirements and national health guidelines.
Participate in mobile clinics and humanitarian response activities when needed.
Provide outpatient and inpatient clinical care including diagnosis treatment and follow-up.
Conduct physical examinations order and interpret diagnostic tests and prescribe medications.
Assist in minor surgical procedures and emergency care.
Refer patients to specialized care when necessary.
Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality.
Participate in health education preventive care and community outreach programs.
Supervise and mentor junior staff interns and support teams.
Ensure compliance with medical protocols ethical standards and national health guidelines.
Requirements
Qualifications
Diploma or Bachelors degree in Clinical Medicine or equivalent.
Valid registration with the relevant Medical Council.
Minimum of 23 years of clinical experience preferred.
Strong diagnostic problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and in resource-limited settings.
