About the Role

As we prepare to launch our new Distribution Centre contract in Kemps Creek we are expanding our highperforming team and are seeking expressions of interest from dynamic and experiencedSite Managersto lead logistics operations and drive excellence across our warehouse site. This pivotal role is responsible for delivering high-quality logistics services to a number of our customers in a multi-user environment ensuring operational efficiency profitability and long-term business growth.

This role is pivotal to the success of the operation and will suit professionals who thrive in fastpaced highvolume warehouse environments and are passionate about delivering bestinclass outcomes for our customers

As a Site Manager Your Responsibilities Will Include:

Deliver highquality logistics operations while meeting all contractual obligations and service expectations.
Set clear performance targets analyse P&L results and drive continuous improvement through corrective actions.
Build strong customer relationships identify growth opportunities and champion a highperformance culture.
Maximise warehouse capacity optimise utilisation and ensure effective operational controls.
Develop team capability through strong leadership fostering a safe positive workplace culture and succession planning.
Ensure compliance with EHS financial and operational standards while maintaining site profitability.

What were looking for

5 years management experience in transport logistics or a related industry.
Proven track record in managing large warehouse operations ideally with multiple customers
Strong leadership analytical and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively and influence positive change.
Qualifications in Business Administration Logistics Management or equivalent experience.(desirable)
