About the role

At Toll the Head of Value Stream plays a critical leadership role in shaping how IT services are delivered across the organisation. Providing a holistic view of IT service performance and business line health this role influences outcomes across service towers and value streams. Working closely with senior stakeholders the Head of Value Stream governs service delivery drives continuous improvement manages risk and performance and ensures IT services are aligned with strategic business objectives.

A day in the life of an Head of Value Stream at Toll Group:

• Lead endtoend IT Operations for assigned Toll business units ensuring highquality stable and customerfocused IT services.
• Act as the senior escalation point for critical P1/P2 incidents leading crossfunctional resolution and ensuring clear communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Govern IT service performance and risk ensuring service management and process compliance overseeing major IT changes and driving dataled service improvement initiatives.
• Build strong relationships with business stakeholders through regular onsite engagement at Warehouse and Transport locations serving as the IT leadership escalation point for all IT matters.
• Collaborate with technology leadership service partners and cyber infrastructure and architecture teams to ensure IT platforms are secure resilient and fit for purpose.
• Manage IT service budgets and total cost of ownership supporting investment decisions and smooth transitions from project delivery into operational support.

What Youll Need to Succeed:

• Proven leader with experience coaching value stream managers service owners vendors and managed service providers while running daytoday IT operations across multiple business units.
• Strong stakeholder management capability able to build trusted relationships with senior IT and business leaders act as the primary IT escalation point and clearly translate technical issues into business outcomes.
• Deep operational expertise in managing major IT incidents leading escalations and maintaining stable secure and compliant services across multiple sites or regions.
• Solid IT service management background (e.g. ITIL) using ITSM tools and data to improve performance reduce risk and drive continuous service improvement.
• Broad technical and commercial acumen including logistics platforms (WMS/TMS) cloud and infrastructure technologies operating systems and networks cybersecurity awareness and managing multimilliondollar IT budgets and vendors.
