As anAdministration Officer- Theatre Bookingsyou will be required to:

Work well within a complex team environment

Provide exceptional customer service

Manage clerical and administrative responsibilities such as contacting Surgeons rooms and arranging theatre lists

Maintain accurate and timely patient information data collection and processing the input of surgical cases while maintaining privacy.

Essential Criteria:

  • Experience in an acute patient focused Healthcare facility/Hospital
  • Demonstrated knowledge of surgical terminology
  • Highly developed interpersonal and time management skills with the ability to work in multidisciplinary work environments
  • Demonstrated experience with software systems and applications such as MS Office webPAS or other patient management systems

  • Certificate in Administration Business Management or related discipline

Desirable:

Diploma level qualification in Administration Business Management or related discipline (or working towards same)
