Job Summary
A leading player in the Student Accommodation and Hospitality sectors is seeking a dynamic and strategic Marketing Manager to join their team. This dual-industry role requires a creative professional who can navigate the unique demands of both modern residential living and high-energy restaurant environments.
Based in either Pretoria or Centurion the successful candidate will be responsible for driving brand awareness increasing occupancy rates and enhancing the dining experience through innovative marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for both student housing and restaurant portfolios.
Manage digital marketing campaigns including social media SEO and email marketing.
Coordinate on-site events and activations to engage the student community and restaurant patrons.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new growth opportunities.
Oversee the creation of high-quality promotional content and branding materials.
Manage marketing budgets and report on the ROI of various campaigns.
Requirements
Experience: Proven track record in marketing within the Student Accommodation and Restaurant/Hospitality industries is essential.
Location: Candidates must reside in Pretoria or Centurion.
Education: Relevant Degree or Diploma in Marketing Communications or a related field.
Skills: Strong digital literacy excellent copywriting skills and experience with CRM and analytical tools.
Attributes: A self-starter with a passion for youth culture and the hospitality scene.
