WHAT YOULL OWN
World-class hiring Lead end-to-end recruitment across commercial and functional roles. Set and hold a high bar. Every hire matters.
Candidate experience Build a process that earns our reputation with candidates clear respectful and fast. People should want to work here because of how it felt to apply.
Hiring manager partnership Coach managers to hire better. Bring structure to briefings rigour to assessment and clarity to decisions. Be the partner they actually want in the room.
Talent infrastructure Design and embed the frameworks scorecards and processes that make great hiring consistent not dependent on the individual doing it.
Data and insight Track what matters time to hire quality of hire pipeline health offer conversion. Use data to improve not just report.

Proven hiring track record Youve filled hard roles attracted people who werent looking and consistently landed quality.
Commercial instinct You understand the business context behind every hire and can translate that into a sharp brief and the right search.
Strong stakeholder presence Comfortable with senior leaders. Can push back hold standards and still earn trust.
Process builder You dont just run processes you improve them. Youve built frameworks that outlasted you.
