Inviting applications for the role of Senior Manager Business Analyst

In this role we are looking for an analytical results-driven Business Analyst who will work with Business user and Product owners to finalize the requirement and then also work with software engineering to finalize the architecture and design of the requirement function. The SA will use his or her understanding of programming languages and tools to analyse current codes and industry developments formulate more efficient processes seek problems and build a more detailed delivery process for the software engineering team. Should have excellent communication and project management skills. Should be knowledgeable collaborative and self-motivated.
Responsibilities
Oversee the entire project delivery ensuring all milestones and deliverables are met. Build comprehensive project plans and track progress for each Alternate Action Plan (AAP).
Facilitate meetings with the IT and business. Gather requirements and document the AAP
Monitor progress of each AAP across various tollgates. Ensure all project activities are on schedule and aligned with project goals.
Build and maintain an overall project plan to ensure adherence to delivery timelines. Implement best practices and standards for project management within the organization.
Develop all supporting collateral for each AAP detailed descriptions alternate actions and recovery plans. Coordinate signoffs from internal stakeholders and ensure documentation accuracy.
Attending workshops with key stakeholders actively listen take detailed notes and capture actions. Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between internal and external stakeholders.
Report progress at all relevant forums including weekly communications. Escalate issues promptly and ensure they are addressed effectively.
Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field or equivalent practical experience.
Demonstrated experience in release management within software development environments including planning and executing monthly and bi-weekly releases.
Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies release management practices and Agile frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban.
Proven experience as a Business Analyst in Agile delivery environments with strong documentation skills covering user stories process flows and functional specifications.
Experience in the banking industry with the ability to operate effectively in regulated environments.
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills with the ability to work across business and technical teams and manage competing priorities.
Self-motivated detail-oriented professional with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities capable of working independently or within a team in fast-paced environments.

Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
A strong mix of technical and business acumen
who thrives in an Agile environment
Have hands-on experience with Appian or similar workflow orchestration platforms
Is competent in end-to-end stakeholder management from discovery through to delivery ensuring alignment between business needs and technical solutions.
