Summary

The Manager Speech Language Pathology oversees the operations of the Speech Language Department within ENTAA Care a practice pod of Johns Hopkins Regional Physicians LLC. This role manages staff across multiple locations and ensures efficient high-quality speech language services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise Speech Language Pathologists across multiple sites.
  • Oversee daily operations staffing scheduling and departmental workflow.
  • Partner with leadership on staffing equipment and service development.
  • Monitor billing coding authorizations and compliance requirements.
  • Lead recruitment training and performance management of staff.
  • Manage departmental supplies budget and quality improvement initiatives.
  • Address patient concerns and support a positive patient and physician experience.

Qualifications

Education: Masters Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Experience: Minimum 7 years of related experience

Licensure/Certifications:

  • State Licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
  • Current BLS/CPR certification

Skills: Leadership operational management strong communication knowledge of SLP services billing/coding and workflow processes.

Salary Range: Minimum 58.00/hour - Maximum 64.00/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
