Job Summary

Role: Project/Delivery Manager

Work Location: Mahwah NJ (Onsite)

Type: Contract

Job Duties:

Drive day to day execution of data and AI initiatives ensuring teams stay unblocked and moving toward milestones
Coordinate closely with engineering BI and business stakeholders to push deliverables forward and maintain momentum
Facilitate meetings track follow ups and ensure decisions and action items are completed quickly escalate risks early and proactively resolve issues to keep delivery on schedule and aligned with expectations

Minimum Skills Required: Key Responsibilities:

Create and execute project plans adapted to the client environment and scope.
Mentor clients work on projects independently participate as a team member or lead teams of less experienced consultants and/or clients to successful project delivery.
Work across multiple industries and within various verticals and build client knowledge and credibility quickly (projects vary in length lasting anywhere from a few weeks to several months).
Design and conduct readiness assessments evaluate results and present findings in a logical and easy-to-understand manner.
Execute the plans by employee-facing managers and business leaders.
Proactively manage risk and influence others.
Develop a change leadership strategy based on situational awareness of changes and the groups impacted.
Identify potential risks and issues and anticipate points of resistance and develop specific plans to mitigate or address concerns.

Basic Qualifications:

7 years of enterprise Project Management/Program Management experience supporting data related and/or digital transformation projects.
7 years of experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
Ability to travel at least 25%

Preferred Skills:

10 years of enterprise Technical Program Management experience supporting data projects.
Graduate degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
Big 4 Management Consulting experience and/or multiple industry exposure.
Undergraduate or Graduate degree preferred.
